Encha Properties was formed in 1998. It is a property investment, development and management company. It is 100% owned by Encha Group.

Commercial Property

Encha owns a commercial property portfolio in the CBD of Tshwane. It comprises Navarrare Wachthuis, Koedoe Arcade, Momentum Building and Southern Life.

It also has a portfolio of properties in Bloemfontein, Free State. They are Allied Building, Fedsure Building and Standard Bank House.

The properties in King Williams Town, Eastern Cape are Bundy Park Building, Cashbuild Building and Stellenbosch Park.
The total size of the portfolio is 175 800m sqm.

Developments

Mandela Development Corridor: Encha has been granted a mandate to identify, package, market and brand properties along the Nelson Mandela Drive by the City of Tshwane.
Waterkloof Heights Manor: This is an upmarket residential estate in the East of Pretoria. It is 42 Ha in size, comprising 118 upmarket stands, from 1500 sqm to 2000 sqm in size.

Property Management

Encha has a 51% shareholding in a company called Encha Property Services, previously Ovland, which was established in 1959. This is a property management company based in Gauteng. It manages property with a combined value in excess of R2 billion.
