KK Support ServicesEncha Serve was born out of the incorporation of KK Support Services into Encha Group. KK Support Services was started in 1994 by Koketso Moseneke. The company's focus is on the provision of excellent service in communications and project management. All aspects of project management are dealt with in a professional, timeous, cost-effective and stress-free manner for the client. These include: 1. Project planning 2. Budgets 3. Design and development of themes 4. Management and coordination of all project performance areas including suppliers 5. Weekly feedback sessions with strong emphasis on client input 6. Media liaison 7. Project reports including financial reconciliations.
The company has successfully managed the following events:
The Annual Telkom Women's Day Poetry Celebrations for five years; The launch of the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) Awareness Raising Road Show in seven provinces; WSSD Heads of State Gala Dinner; Local Government Support & Learning Network (LOGUSOL), Product & Awareness Launch on behalf of the Office of the Auditor-General; Municipal Viability Indaba on behalf of the then Department of Provincial & Local Government (DPLG), hosted by the Hon. Minister Sydney Mufamadi; Launch of the Vuna Awards on behalf of the partners: Development Bank of South Africa, Nationa Productivity Institute, South African Local Government Association and the DPLG. The launch of the Telkom Initial Public Offering in the Free State Province; Business Growth and Opportunities for Africa exhibitions and conferences initiated by the DBSA and the Department of Trade and Industry. This involved the participation of SADC and companies finding common ground. "In Conversations" - a weeklong retreat for women executives sponsored by Telkom and involving international guests, as well as a public offering at the Sandton Convention Centre.
