Encha Properties was established in 1998. It is a property investment, development and management company. The company has a 51% shareholding in Encha Property Services, previously Ovland, which was established in 1959. This is a property management and broking company. Encha Properties also holds 60% of a commercial property portfolio (Encha Properties Tshwane 1) in the CBD of Tshwane. Encha owns a significant share of SPACES, a decor retail centre in the east of Tshwane. Encha Properties is a member of South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), and the company's CEO, Dr. Sedise Moseneke has been appointed to the Board of Directors with effect from May 2010.
