Encha has acquired a 20% equity stake in Emergent Process Management, the distributor of Cordys in sub-Saharan Africa, with the option to increase this to 30%.
Gontse Moseneke, the CEO of Encha Tech, said: "Encha is determined to establish a meaningful presence in the IT space by building a dynamic group of IT companies. We have spent a considerable amount of time familiarising ourselves with the IT landscape, as well as identifying businesses that we think could be appropriate for the contemplated IT Group. Cordys has the potential to be a cohesive nucleus of this Group." Mike Rolfe, who heads up Emergent, was equally excited by the new partnership with Encha:
