Encha Serve was born out of the incorporation of KK Support Services into Encha Group.

KK Support Services was started in 1994 by Koketso Moseneke. The company's focus is on the provision of excellent service in communications and project management. All aspects of project management are dealt with in a professional, timeous; cost-effective and stress-free manner for the client. These include:

  • Project planning
  • Budgets;
  • Design and development of themes;
  • Management and coordination of all project performance areas including suppliers;
  • Weekly feedback sessions with strong emphasis on client input;
  • Media liaison; and
  • Project reports including financial reconciliations.
