Encha is the founding shareholder of and remains significantly invested in Efora Energy Limited (previously listed as SacOil Holdings Limited), which is listed on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE: EEL).

The name Efora stands for Energy for Africa.

Efora operates an oil and gas business in various jurisdictions across the African continent:

  • Development and production operations in Arab Republic of Egypt;
  • Exploration operations in Democratic Republic of Congo;
  • Exploration operations in Republic of Malawi; and
  • Exploration operations in Republic of Botswana.
