Sedise Moseneke

“Sedise is the founder CEO of Encha Properties. He was responsible for overseeing Encha’s initial acquisition of government-tenanted properties and the acquisition of the property management business. He holds a Bachelor of Dentistry from the erstwhile Medical University of South Africa (Medunsa), now called Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. Sedise is an Executive Director of Transformation at Vukile Property Fund, and Vukile Development Academy. He is a past President of SAPOA.


Gontse Moseneke
Non-Executive Director

Gontse joined Encha in April 2008. Gontse is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the technology business of Encha. Gontse has a BSc (Statistics & Actuarial Science) qualification from the University of Cape Town. He has experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Investment Management and Financial Management.
