Pattern Matched Technologies
Pattern Matched Technologies is a Fintech company. It operates a business
that develops and provides products and services that enable the electronic exchange of value
between businesses and consumers, and specialises in providing such capabilities over mobile
telecommunications networks. Pattern Matched has been operating this business for over 10 years,
during which period it has won several awards from its international partners in recognition of
its innovative and highly scalable solutions.
Encha is the largest shareholder of Pattern Matched, owning more than 40% of its issued share capital.
EnchaCloud Takes Major Stake
in Cape Atlas Joint Venture
EnchaCloud has acquired a significant stake in Cape Atlas, marking a new phase for Cape Atlas and its partner Hynfra Technologies. Cape Atlas, a leading tech provider across Africa, will now benefit from expanded infrastructure, enhanced governance, and innovative solutions, with the goal of expanding its reach across the continent, from the Atlas Mountains to the Cape of Good Hope. This joint venture combines the strengths of Cape Atlas, Hynfra Technologies and EnchaCloud, promising innovative customer-centric solutions and future growth across Africa.
