ENCHA AND ITS PARTNERS DELIVER R120M MEGA HEAD OFFICE DEVELOPMENT

Co-owners and joint venture developers Encha Properties, Crowie Developments and Nthoese Developments have recently completed the development of The Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency’s (MEGA) new headquarters.

Encha, together with Atterbury Property Group, will develop the 31 431m2 mixed use development along the Nelson Mandela Drive Corridor in the City of Tshwane.

The property will be on the corner of Nelson Mandela Drive and Kotze Street, near the dti campus. The commencement date of the project will be communicated soon.
